My first school crush

So as a kid in 3rd grade I wasn't a guy who was looking for a girlfriend type a guy. I mean I liked em, but like as friends. Then I went to 4th grade and everything changed.  I saw girls in a whole 

different way, so much so I started hanging out with them like, every day, my friends were 

50% of girls, that was about three but that's more than I ever had. Then I saw her, I saw the 

the face that defined beauty and the body of a goddess, little did I know she was my future girlfriend lets call her Alicia. She was not new but this was the first time we were in the same class and in my class if you had a crush it was a big deal. Let me paint you a picture, people would hire spies to catch future couples. I mean they kept poles to see who was with who the most and who was the competition. Now I had competition I mean Alicia was the prettiest girl in a school, of course, I was not the only guy who liked her. 

I can name everyone who liked her: ALL THE BOYS IN THE CLASS! Yes everyone liked her even my best friend lets call him Jaden but that was the problem Alicia only liked two boys, I'll let you guess who they were....., I was competing with my best friend for a girl and you best believe I wasn't gonna lose, this girl was smart, funny and pretty. One day I came to school and heard Jaden talking to her they were talking and laughing and I waited there until Jaden left which was a couple minutes after and I mean Jaden was cool but at that moment I thought "I HAVE TO KILL HIM". So I'm their chilin  and I walk over to her and I start to talk to her right and instead of that lovey-dovey mushy stuff this is how it went:

Me: Hey

Alicia: Hey

Alicia: So I heard you heard I like you

Me: Yeah, yeah, yeah yeah

Alicia: So...

Me: So, so what

Alicia: So do you like me back

Me: Yeah, yeah

Me: Will you be my girlfriend?

Alicia: Yes

So yeah that's how it went down and yo boy walks away feeling like a million dollars and relieved he didn't have to kill his best friend, and that was my first school crush. That lasted for about 2 months.
